Image size on prints: 18’X17 3/4’

Painted in 2024 as a response to the nexus of white nationalism, white supremacy, the complicity of religious institutions, the deadly scourge of school shootings made possible by intense political lobbying of groups like the NRA, and the invasion of Ukraine. Credit: to Arthur Infante, who made the original sclupture ‘Guns and Rosaries’ that I sketched and holds a prominent place in this painting, and Krišs Salmnis, who created the original image of the skeleton, which was printed on a banner on the Latvian Embassy, facing the Russian embassy, which I got by following Nick Kristoff of the NY Times.
